Swedish Transport Agency

Anders Gunneriusson Representing the Swedish Transport Agency, Anders Gunneriusson is directly involved in the road vehicle law-making process, both in Europe and internationally. He is also currently chairing a UN working group that focuses on the harmonisation of requirements on modular vehicles, and is part of additional working groups on couplings, autonomous vehicles and more. Prior to getting involved in international law-making, Anders spent some 15 years working for the technical service responsible for road worthiness and registration of heavy vehicles in Sweden. 

Carl Johan Almqvist

Carl Johan Almqvist Carl is currently serving as Traffic & Product Safety Director at Volvo Trucks’ global head office in Sweden. In his role, he is also actively involved in the company’s Brand and Strategy Management. A Volvo employee since 1975, Carl has also helmed of Volvo’s Demo Centre in the past and was part of the company’s Product Planning and Powertrain team in the US.

Jennifer Acton Jennifer is the President of the Road Safety Remuneration Tribunal. She is also a member of the Fair Work Commission, having been a member of its predecessor the Australian Industrial Relations Commission. At the Fair Work Commission, she is the panel head responsible for the tribunal’s work in transport, logistics and services. She is also the presiding member on many appeal cases and involved in test case matters. Previously, she was the panel head responsible for termination of employment matters. Jennifer has been a tribunal member for more than 20 years and professionally involved in workplace relations for over 30 years.
